It has three parts: the Letter Builder, a private case file with a contact log that works out your next step, and where to escalate, a short ladder linked to official pages.

What it is not

• Not a nonprofit, a charity, a law firm or a government agency. The .org in the name is just the web address.
• Not a complaints board. Nothing you write is published, and no company is named or rated on this site.
• Not a go-between. Nobody here contacts a company for you, and there is no staff or phone line.
