• ServiceDepartment.org gives general self-help information and letter templates. It is not legal advice for your situation, and it does not contact any company, card issuer or agency for you.
• You are responsible for what you send. Keep letters truthful and polite; describe what happened, not guesses about people.
• The Desk (when checkout opens): $1.95 a month or $19.50 a year in US dollars through PayPal, renewing until you cancel in PayPal; cancelling keeps the Desk to the end of the paid period. During the preview nothing is charged.
• A case file that nobody opens for 400 days is deleted. Keep your file's private link: there are no accounts and a lost link cannot be recovered.
• The site may change or stop. Prices will not rise for a paid period already started.
